How, exactly? The federal government doesn’t have that jurisdiction, only the states do. And states can pass laws surrounding this, but many won’t. Ever. Not even compliance with the PREA is mandatory.
The federal prisons are changing now, and state prisons will change in every state. That's how lawsuits work.
That's how cigarette companies got sued, how opioids were ended, and how medical malpractice is done.
It will be enforced by law.
Men don't belong in women's prisons, anywhere, in any state. Male violence is a male problem. Putting defective, insane men in women's prisons so women can be punching bags for whack job males like you isn't the solution.
Stop being so crazy, sir. All you idiots know how to do is destroy everything you touch.
Even under the National Rape Elimination Act (PREA), that policy is not in place because of just how dangerous it is for trans people. Throughout history, trans women have been used to keep make prisoners under control through something known as v-coding. What do you expect a fully transitioned trans woman to do in a men’s prison?
There are no "trans" people. There are no "trans" women.
If men are so crazy and violent that they rape other men, that's their fault. Men rape each other all the time for all kinds of reasons. That's a male problem.
The solution isn't putting the most defective men in women's prisons. You people are insane.
What do I expect men to do? NOT BE CRAZY. That's why these men should be told no, from the beginning.
There's no such thing as "transition." He's still a man, and he belongs in a men's prison.
Gay men, ex-cops, and child abusers are all more likely to get attacked in prison. That doesn’t mean they should be housed in women’s prisons. Inducing gynecomastia or getting your genitals turned inside-out doesn’t change the fact that you’re male and belong in male prisons.
‘Inducing gynecomastia or getting your genitals turned inside out’
Now that’s just loaded language. Well, yeah, having gynecomastia doesn’t make anyone less male so it’s great that you’re so progressive about it! But trans women don’t have gynecomastia. Gynecomastia, medically, is a result of hormonal imbalance. When trans women, such as myself, take hormones, we do not end up with gynecomastia, we end up with functioning breasts that are able to produce milk.
Also, we don’t all ‘get our genitals turned inside-out’, even if we do get the surgery. Even Utah, in Bathroom Bill HB 257, makes a distinction between pre-op and post-op trans women because of how complete and irreversible the change is.
Gay men are also included in the PREA. Ex-cops can be given protection by guards, and let’s be honest, child abusers don’t deserve anything. Yet, you’re defending the policies of a child abuser elected president. Trans women are housed in women’s facilities when it is deemed more safe for them and when they have shown they are not a danger to their peers. Those that are able to receive those accomodations aren’t hurting anyone and it helps them tremendously. Why would you be against that?
No men in women's prisons. It's not "accomodation." And men who have their genitalia mutilated due to mental illness are still men. They are still insane, attack, and can hurt women.
Women are more important than male delusions.
The answer is no. There's nothing you can do about that.
Trump is a terrible man but he’s right on this issue, I don’t know what else to tell you. I’m sure any man who’s vaguely woman-shaped has a terrible time in prison, but that doesn’t mean those males belong in women’s prisons. They’re still male, even if they induce a chemical imbalance to lactate.
And sorry, but trans women HAVE hurt real women in prisons AND sports AND bathrooms—that’s why people are outraged about it now. You should worry about securing rights to fair housing and employment. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to keep public and private insurance paying for your extreme body modifications, but I wouldn’t count on it. Activists like you have gone too far and are responsible for the backlash you’re experiencing now.
Funny thing is, you HAD bathrooms in the bag in the U.S. but activists kept pushing for those other things you’re dismissing. And I wouldn’t expect you to know about the girl in Loudoun county who was raped by her classmate, because the school district did a very good job in covering that up. You’re right that if you truly pass, no one will know the difference, so congrats if that applies to you. Unfortunately, masculine natal women are catching strays from overzealous bystanders. I suspect that will die down once this issue is out of the public’s consciousness. People are fed up and activists earned this ire after decades of treating people like shit. You guys got away with it when it was just lowly feminists, but it went mainstream, and normies are tired.
Insurance doesn’t pay for those things because it cares about you, an interpretation of part of the ACA required insurance companies to cover it. AGAIN, activists had medical care in the bag AND YET, had to keep going, tarring and feathering and censoring anyone who even mildly critiqued them. You don’t think a 12-year-old girl should get a double mastectomy, funded by the public? Bigot! Nazi! Blacklisted! Choke on my gock! It worked for a while, I’ll grant you that, but it’s over now.
You can’t hold people hostage by saying you’ll kill yourself if you don’t get spiro and feminizing hormones, just like I can’t threaten suicide if I don’t get oxy and Xanax. Ditch the sports, come up with a different solution to the prison issue, and stop defending youth gender medicine. Jazz Jennings, Kim Petras and Hunter Schafer don’t look good enough to justify all of the future detransitioners we’re creating. Stop staging die-ins in front of children’s hospitals and start circling the wagons around your adult medical care.
Thank you for putting energy into mapping out trans‑related policies. It’s important work, and I can see your intent is in the right place.
I want to share that I am a transgender former inmate who spent nearly 15 years in Missouri DOC custody. Because of that lived experience, I’ve seen firsthand how policies like Missouri’s IS5‑3.3 (Transgender and Intersex Offender policy) are applied in practice.
For example, since Hicklin v. Precythe (2018), prisons are required to provide hormone therapy. Some states have dragged their feet or misdiagnosed inmates to deny care, but legally it cannot be categorically withheld. And while Executive Orders can set directives, they cannot override binding court rulings—several courts have reaffirmed the constitutional right to medically necessary treatment for transgender inmates.
If you’d like, I’m open to answering questions or sharing more about how these policies actually play out inside. My perspective comes from lived experience, and I believe it could strengthen the conversation you’re building here.
There's no such thing as "trans." Sex is binary and immutable, and delusions and fetishes do not change it.
No man has the right to force himself into a women's prison. No man has the right to estrogen or surgeries to "affirm" his fetishes. He would be told no if he wanted to remove a healthy leg due to apotemnophilia.
The answer is no, to everything these men ask, and normal people understand that prison is the most important aspect of this.
Women have the right to single sex prisons, especially when it comes to when they're vulnerable and at risk to insane, violent men. Prison is the epitome of that.
The women who have to deal with these insane men, including rapists and murderers, are the real marginalized victims.
And here come the insane men, to hijack the conversation and play the victim. I've never seen anything more male in my life.
"Trans" is a fraud. More and more proof of that every day.
Thank you so much for this. This is really spectacular 💕
Legends to your maps would be helpful
Tap your state.
No male belongs in a women's prison in any state, and that will be enforced soon.
How, exactly? The federal government doesn’t have that jurisdiction, only the states do. And states can pass laws surrounding this, but many won’t. Ever. Not even compliance with the PREA is mandatory.
How would you enforce this? You can’t.
Oh yes we will.
The federal prisons are changing now, and state prisons will change in every state. That's how lawsuits work.

I hate this administration. We're not far from civil war. And im ready for it
Nobody is going to fight to put men in women's prisons. You guys threaten suicide over pronouns. This is pathetic.
You act like a civil war isn't coming and you're clearly not ready for it 😂😂
What's pathetic is you're bootlicking to Trump ugly ass bitch 😂😂
Males should be in male prisons, even if they have lady feels in their brains. Hope this helps!

Men think threatening suicide if women don't give them what they want is an acceptable negotiation tactic.
Mentally ill people threaten suicide all the time, as you suggest over drugs. We don't give them drugs as treatment.
That's what has to happen with these men too. No concessions to anything. It just leads to more problems.
