An investigation from Transitics has revealed that, under a Democratic governor, Kansas built a list of the state's trans people. Now, Republicans are weaponizing it to revoke their IDs.

For those of you who know people like me who are affected, the Kansas ACLU is actively looking for plaintiffs to file lawsuits against the state, on behalf of. So it seems that people born outside Kansas who didn't have a Kansas driver's license pre-transition did not receive these letters? I wonder if their documents will be confiscated anyways, or they will slip through the cracks.
That’s correct. The state has no way to know unless it can prove that the gender marker was changed. For those born out of state, it can’t, and so, their licenses won’t be revoked.
The SUPERMAJORITY PLAN TO IMPEACH TRUMP and HIS ADMINISTRATION
It will take 292 house and 67 senate votes to obtain a supermajority vote. This is the key to accomplishing anything in the house or senate. The house and senate will be able to impeach Trump and his administration for their crimes and corruption.
The Democrats are the only ones that will stand against Trump. We have to vote out as many republicans as possible.
