The way the amendment was written, it also included individuals in alcohol and drug addiction recovery. Side effect of using 30+ year old mental health diagnostics.

Thank you for shining a big light on the GOP roaches! I'd like to think that some folks like me were calling Beshear's office, not only asking for a veto, but also asking him to beat the Democratic lawmakers over the head for not speaking out (not a single senator!) on our behalf to keep the bill from being fast tracked.
