Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Of course! All of this NEEDS to be public information. If it’s not, things like this will only keep happening.

Dear Republicans, You know the Viagra y'all like? That's gender affirming care. So is your wife's vibrator. And your girlfriend's plastic tits. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The daily record is a disgusting rag. Not fit for consumption.

Your experts understand this and for others watching there are two sides in this. So don’t try to make out the experts that want a word with me are the only ones. There are more experts that agree with me. I know your trantifa experts and what they think they know. What is a trans person explain it. We can debate from there. A trans woman is a Man, Watch this then tell me what Trans is. We will make sure we bury this transgender ideology. Watch for those viewing these posts watch this. Fact based child abuse. There is no such thing as a transgendered child.

If trans people—especially trans children—“don’t exist,” then you need to explain why neuroscience keeps finding the same thing across multiple independent studies:

1. Trans women’s brains do not match cis men’s brains.

A structural MRI study found that transgender women show distinct gray‑matter patterns that differ from cisgender men. A classifier trained on cis brains misclassified transgender women at a significantly higher rate, meaning their neuroanatomy does not align with their assigned sex at birth.

2. Gender‑affirming hormones produce predictable, sex‑typical brain changes.

A 2024 study demonstrated that gender‑affirming hormone therapy alters gray‑matter density and microstructure in ways consistent with the person’s gender identity. These changes follow known sex‑typical developmental patterns.

3. Trans men on testosterone develop male‑typical brain structures.

A 2025 neuroimaging study found that trans men receiving testosterone showed increased gray‑matter volume in regions associated with male‑typical development, including the caudate nucleus, hypothalamus, thalamus, and hippocampal subfields.

4. These patterns appear early—long before adulthood.

Multiple studies show that brain structure differences related to gender identity appear in adolescence, and in some cases earlier. These are not “socially conditioned.” You cannot socially condition gray‑matter distribution or neural network architecture.

What this means for trans kids

If trans children “don’t exist,” then why do:

•     Their brain structures align more closely with their gender identity

•     Their neural activation patterns differ from cis children of their assigned sex

•     Their developmental trajectories match known sex‑typical patterns for their identified gender

These findings are consistent, reproducible, and peer‑reviewed.

  Dr. Randi Ettner’s Expertise

Dr. Randi Ettner—one of the authors of the WPATH Standards of Care (SOC8)—has been treating transgender patients since 1979. She is a clinical psychologist whose work has been cited in federal courts, medical guidelines, and international policy.

Her position is clear:

When someone claims “trans people aren’t real,” they are not disagreeing with activists—they are disagreeing with:

•     Neuroscientists

•     Endocrinologists

•     Psychologists

•     Pediatric specialists

•     Global medical associations

•     Decades of peer‑reviewed research

And yes—Dr. Ettner’s 45+ years of clinical experience.

Nebraska is gearing up to pass a bathroom ban and liabilities for healthcare providers doing any trans care, plus more restrictions to trans youth medical care, and pushing to strip DEI and critical race theory from Nebraska universities

Aleksandra Vaca's avatar

They tried the bathroom restrictions last year too, but to break the filibuster (by Machaela Kavanaugh and co.), Republicans needed the vote of Merv Riepe, who is nominally a conservative but seems to hold somewhat firm on his values. Riepe opposed the bill in that form and said he'd only support it if it only restricted sports (which was what ended up happening). It remains to be seen what he'll do this time, but for what it's worth, Riepe literally said his opposition to the bathroom ban was because he "did not run for office to become part of the ‘Nebraska State Potty Patrol.'"

That said, the total ban on gender-affirming care for trans youth is certainly on the table. Once again, we'll have to see.

Explain to me what trans is. Keep trans men out of women’s spaces. There is no such thing as a trans child. Keep men out of women’s sports.

Aleksandra Vaca's avatar

Some who is trans is someone who doesn't feel comfortable being their assigned sex at birth (you know this as "biological sex"). Furthermore, there is a such thing as a trans child—I know because I was one.
