Hard enough getting through gatekeeping nonsense for care at times. This going to make things a lot worse. Sadly, a lot of states aren't going to step up and defend their populations, especially when the throw under the bus crowd is getting serious funding and support from the donor crowd and the media. None of this needs to or should be this way. No one benefits. All this creates is harm.
