The Medicaid ban has apparently now been re-added to the House version and must be squabbled over there. If it stays on that version, then once the bill gets sent back to the Senate, they would have to remove it again, which there is no guarantee they would do. The hatred of conservative politicians for trans people is sickening. These people have no stopping point, and no inclination or ability whatsoever to just leave trans people alone.
Please tell me the redefinition of sex was removed too!
The redefinition of sex applied ONLY to the Medicaid ban. However, it has also been removed thankfully.

Considering tens of thousands of transgender people will be kicked off Medicaid this is all moot.
