Now I understand why Henry Cuellar votes the way he does. I didn't know Trump had pardoned him.

To be fair, he had to morals before. The reason he was indicted was largely for taking bribes from Azerbaijan to mute the US response to the ethnic cleansing of Nagorno-Karabakh in September 2023...

This is their goal, conservatives want trans people to be in a state of disenfranchisement and effectively non-citizens through paperwork administrative burdens.

Of course it will make it impossible for many trans people to vote. That's the whole idea. republicans want to disenfranchise as many people as they possibly can so that, eventually, only white male property owners can vote.

Man, I had gotten a correc4ed passport with the class action lawsuit. My birth state (currently) allows marker changes on birth certs, but only after SRS, yet allowed me to update my ID marker. I either risk not voting and have the right to *vote* taken from me, or I risk at minimum one piece of identification (passport) taken from me and I *still* wouldn't be able to vote if I get to keep my updated ID, id just be missing the passport I paid *extra* to expedite. This is a load of bullshit
